Is injection moulding economically viable for my project?
Based on the annual volume, part geometry and technical requirements, we assess whether the tooling investment is economically justified.
What upfront costs should be considered?
Tooling costs depend on part complexity, mould cavitation, polymer, tolerances, surface finish, mould life and production volume.
What information is required for a reliable quotation?
Provide a STEP model, drawing or sample, together with the material specification, annual volume and critical requirements. If necessary, we can begin with a DFM review.
Can Nosta take over an existing mould and production process?
