Injection mold builder/designer of plastic parts
Job Description:
- Design of plastic parts: in particular thin-walled packaging
- Creation of 3D technical documentation using Siemiens NX/ Autodesk Fusion 360 software
- Assist in the design of injection molds and other tools, taking into account the technical background of the tool room
- Design of prototypes
- Active participation in the tool development cycle – cooperation with tool room employees
- Active participation in launching prototype and mass production
Requirements:
- Experience in designing plastic components
- Experience in injection mold design
- Good knowledge of Siemiens NX CAD and/or Autodesk Fusion 360 software
- Basic knowledge of machining and EDM technology
- Basic knowledge of locksmith work
- Education – min. secondary technical education in the field of mechanics or mechatronics
An added advantage will be:
- Knowledge of plastic injection molding component manufacturing
